Sibling Relationships in Blended Families

This bachelor thesis concerns with sibling relationships in blended families. At the beginning, issue of blended families and the importance of sibling relationships in general are summarize. It also deals briefly with the impact of divorce or death of a parent on sibling relationship, because these two events are prior to blended families. The issues of sibling relations in blended families are analysed mainly in terms of their quality. In this thesis a quantitative questionnaire survey focused on the quality of relations between siblings in blended families, supplemented by semi-structured interviews, is presented.
